General Getting started
ROAS EdTech is a practical learning and work-rehearsal platform designed to help learners move from understanding concepts to practicing, applying, and growing through realistic work situations.
ROAS stands for Return on Applied Studies — the idea that learning should create practical value through application and experience.
Traditional learning often focuses on concepts and course completion. ROAS EdTech adds a practice layer where learners make decisions, work through realistic situations, analyse outcomes, and learn from their actions.
ROAS EdTech is designed for students, freshers, interns, digital marketers, Performance Marketers, working professionals, and career switchers who want more practical experience.
No. Beginners can start with the Learn stage and progress into Practice, Apply, and Grow as their skills develop.
Learning The Learn stage
The initial focus is Performance Marketing, including campaign fundamentals, audiences, creatives, budgets, bidding, metrics, tracking, analysis, and optimization.
Performance Marketing is the initial focus. The platform can expand into areas such as Digital Marketing, Technical Marketing, and AI in Marketing over time.
Learners go through structured concepts, examples, learning resources, and knowledge checks designed to prepare them for practical activities.
Yes. The learning experience is designed to explain concepts clearly and connect them to practical marketing situations.
Courses Course access
Course access may be available separately from the ROAS EdTech practice platform. The applicable plan will clearly indicate what is included — see the plans page for current inclusions.
Course access may be offered separately. The relevant pricing page always shows the applicable inclusion or exclusion clearly before you purchase.
Practice Practicing safely
Depending on the simulation, learners may practice campaign objectives, audiences, budgets, creatives, bidding, optimization, performance analysis, and other marketing decisions.
Yes. Making mistakes is part of the experience. The simulator is designed to provide a safe environment where learners can experiment, see outcomes, receive feedback, and try again.
The platform can explain what worked, what did not work, and how a different decision could improve the outcome.
Simulation How the simulator works
It is a realistic practice environment where learners can rehearse campaign decisions without spending real advertising money.
No. The simulator uses virtual budgets. It is designed for practice and learning, not for placing real advertising campaigns.
Yes. Simulation outcomes are generated based on the decisions made within the simulation environment.
No. The simulator is a learning and work-rehearsal environment. It does not replace experience managing live advertising accounts with real budgets.
Apply Business cases & applied work
Apply is where learners take what they have learned and practiced and use those skills to solve realistic business problems and marketing cases.
Business cases recreate situations a marketer may encounter when working with a brand, client, campaign, or marketing team.
Where feedback and evaluation are included in the applicable experience, learners can receive guidance on their decisions, responses, and applied work.
Where the platform identifies an activity as suitable for proof of work, learners can use the resulting evidence as part of their portfolio.
Grow Work rehearsal & career readiness
Grow focuses on workplace-style practice, professional decision-making, proof of work, interview preparation, and continued development.
They are simulated situations based on the kinds of decisions, requests, problems, and communication a marketer may experience at work.
No. ROAS EdTech does not guarantee employment, salary, clients, or career outcomes. The goal is to help learners build practical skills, experience, and confidence.
The platform includes interview-preparation experiences designed to help learners practise answering questions and demonstrating their marketing knowledge and applied skills.
The platform includes Proof of Work and portfolio-related features where applicable to the learner's plan and completed activities.
